If you like scripts that could’ve been written by 5th graders and a plot which makes less sense than one of my skits then this is the movie for you. No offense to Tom Cruise, who I’ve actually been a fan of for a while despite his very high levels of craziness (see: Scientology). The CG is nice but that’s all this movie has going for it. The story just doesn’t make sense. Nothing is explained and the conclusion is very unsatisfactory, much like this review.
The movie gets one measly star out of five purely because of the nice effects.
This review gets three and four fifths stars out of five because I say so.
