Don’t try to learn how to do floats with a full stomach— It will literally knock the shit out of you.
PS – Almost got the turtle-freeze down although my toprock is still retarded and my 6-step will make you think i’m handicapped… I should learn the basics before I move on. Oh well.
Current injury/strain list:
Left Wrist (sprained) – Practicing freezes/handstands/inverts
Nose (hurting) – Falling on it while practicing turtles
Thighs (sore) – Trying to kick really hard for kip-ups
Groin Muscle (pulled) – Trying to do kip-ups
Back (sore) – Trying to complete a kip-up, getting on my tip-toes, then falling back…hard.
