3 months…Starting now.

As of this moment, until at least three months from now, I am not going to eat any fast food: pizza, burgers, fries, take-out Chinese, etc. You get the point.

Why? Why not?! After being recently inspired by a few things and people I think after my first two weeks of what I’m sure will be pure misery I will start feeling the beneficial effects of eating a well balanced diet. Hopefully I will also begin to gain weight which I’ve been trying to do for years now. I’m also going to start a new workout routine. I’ll go to the gym at least three days a week to continue working out my upper body and abs but I will also squeeze in some cardio and hopefully build that up to a possible full 4th day in the routine.

I just weighed myself in at 152.4lbs. Over the next two weeks I am anticipating a three to five pound decrease in that figure during my adjustment period. The overall plan is to hit at least 160 at the end of the three months, have at least the beginning formations of a six-pack and have a much healthier diet and lifestyle. Let the games begin.
