Bulge, no more; varied my ab-routine to a few different methods and pow! Anyway, all is well now even though it has become damn near impossible to gain, let alone maintain weight [153lbs]. I’m eating constantly. The other day I actually had a wrap at a cafe, went to the library to study and after an hour forgot that I had ate and went to a diner and had another meal! What the hell is that?! Anyway, the workout routine is going great thanks to a little consistency and motivation from ono and juan.

Just when I thought I had a good thing going with my routine at the gym I wind up straining my abs to the point where it hurts when I lay down, stand up, turn over, sit down,
, you get the point. I think it happened when I tried to do a bunch of sets with a 10lb weight on my chest; it seemed like a good idea at the time.
Anyway, my stomach looks really funky right now; Aside from a small, weird isolated bulge in the middle my abs are starting to rip and show lines but the more they rip the more it emphasizes that patch of fat in the middle of my stomach. I thought about posting a picture of it for the blog but I think Ill hang on to that piece of dignity for now. Perhaps Ill take one and publish it later when [if] I get to the point where I can take an after shot.
