After eating at McDonald’s earlier today I remembered just how bad their and most other fast food is. I’ve decided to go another 2 months without any fast food like McDonalds/Wendy’s/Burger King, etc. I went around 3 months last time but it got really rocky towards the end so I figure I should aim for 2 this time and if things work out well I’ll extend it from there. The last time I did this I felt healthier within weeks but was starving almost all of the time and lost weight faster than you can throw up the word bulimia. Hopefully this time I can actually maintain or perhaps even gain weight with a better diet and a strict routine at the gym.
Goals:
1) No fast food for 2 months. Possibly more depdning on how things go.
2) Minimize junk food (chips, ice cream, and so on)
3) Healthy (well…healthier) diet
4) Up workout routine to 4/5 days a week until I’m fulltime at school again
5) Hit and maintain 160lbs in weight
