It wasn't a wink

Lately I’ve been twitching a lot. It started a long time ago as a nervous tick; my right eye would squint a little involuntarily then it would blink a few times. As of late however I’ve been twitching a lot for no apparent reason.

On Saturday I was at South Street Seaport and I started to twitch a little just as some girls happened to be walking by. One of them saw me (about 15 feet away) through the crowd and gave me the biggest ‘you dumbass slime bag’ look I’ve ever gotten. I didn’t even bother to try and explain that I wasn’t winking and that I was just twitching…I’m hopeless. What the hell is up with my right eye?!
