Ever since that new baby came home, we just haven’t gotten the attention we used to. I don’t mind, really. I continue to push my way into the bedroom and insist on staying in there although the crying spooks me a little. Scout doesn’t seem to mind the crying at all – she’ll sleep right through it and even want to cuddle with Lu & baby in bed. Nietzsche on the other hand is mostly avoiding the bedroom, hanging out downstairs and in the play room. She enjoys attention in those areas of the house and occasionally pops into the bedroom to see if the baby is still there. Here we all are lounging in a quiet room.
